Process Description
This product is made from high quality fresh cultivated blueberries, picked at the proper stage of ripening. The fresh fruit is washed and very well inspected to ensure that all foreign vegetable matter and foreign parts are eliminated, then IQF frozen. Afterward, fruits are infused with sugar, dried on a continuous belt drier, metal checked and packed. Small quantities of sunflower oil are added as free-flowing agents
