Shipping Information

Important: If the parcel is broken or looks degraded, please check that the items in the box are not damaged. If they are, DO NOT sign the delivery as there will be no refunds if you accept it.

Dispatching time: orders are getting dispatched 2-3 working days after being received. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays, there will be an additional 1-2 working days delay. A confirmation email along with your tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been dispatched. Once an order is being dispatched, 99% of the time it gets delivered the next working day. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as misrouted parcel, damage in transit, weather conditions or any other issues out of our control, it could take longer than that. To avoid any disappointment please make sure to place your order in advance as we don't take any responsibility for delays caused by the aforementioned circumstances.

Products that are not listed as out of stock are ready for dispatch. There are exceptions when we may run out of a product. If this happens, we can offer you a replacement. Our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

In the United Kingdom, we are working with Fedex & Parcelforce for a fast and reliable delivery service. The courier requires a signature for proof of delivery, which has to be signed by the person who receives the goods. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email from the delivery service with information regarding the date and time of delivery. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all orders from this wholesale store to mainland UK.

Free shipping does not apply to the following destinations: Offshore Islands, Highland Scotland,Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. The shipping cost for those destinations may vary depnding on the nature and size of your order. Please email us for more information.

Packaging:

Wholesale orders come in original supplier packaging. We do not open or re-pack them.
